Playa Lakes in Lubbock are pretty common, but this one is awesome. You have the Veterans War Memorial on the West End and then during this time of the year you have these beautiful Canadian geese coming in to stay the winter. In the late evening you will find hundreds of them making their way to this playa lake to spend the night.
