If you are planning to list your home be sure your agent knows about ALL your pets and your needs in regard to them.
One of the most important things you need to keep in mind......you are trying to sell your home so you want to make it as easy on the real estate agents and your pets. Pets can impact the showing and sale of your home. We know you love all your animals however not all buyers do. Even if buyers love pets they don't want them jumping all over, barking and smelling up the house. So if these are issues have your agent put a note in the listing and also in the house.
